These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of coaching services by Come About Coaching ("the Coach") to the client ("the Client").

By booking, purchasing, or participating in coaching services provided by Come About Coaching, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions

Terms & Conditions

  • Coaching is a collaborative and forward-focused process designed to support personal growth, self-awareness, clarity, decision-making, goal achievement, and positive change.

The Client understands that coaching is not counselling, psychotherapy, mental health treatment, medical advice, legal advice, financial advice, or any other regulated professional service.

The Client remains responsible for their own decisions, actions, and outcomes throughout the coaching relationship.

  • Clients must be at least 18 years of age to participate in coaching services.

By engaging in coaching, the Client confirms that they are legally able to enter into this agreement.

  • All coaching sessions and coaching packages must be paid for in full prior to the commencement of coaching services.

A booking is not confirmed until payment has been received.

Payment details will be provided at the time of booking.

The Coach reserves the right to decline, postpone, or cancel any session where payment has not been received in advance.

No coaching session will take place until payment has been received in full.

  • The Client may reschedule or cancel a coaching session by providing a minimum of 24 hours' notice.

Where at least 24 hours' notice is given, the session may be rescheduled without charge.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged in full.

Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice will be treated as a missed appointment and no refund will be provided.

The Coach reserves the right to reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, an alternative appointment will be offered.

  • No refunds will be provided for coaching sessions that have already taken place.

Refund requests relating to cancelled sessions will be considered in accordance with the cancellation policy set out in these Terms and Conditions.

  • The Client agrees to:

    • Participate honestly and openly.

    • Take responsibility for their own decisions and actions.

    • Provide accurate information where relevant.

    • Attend sessions punctually.

    • Respect professional boundaries.

The effectiveness of coaching depends significantly on the Client's willingness to engage in the process.

  • Information shared during coaching sessions will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties except where:

    • Disclosure is required by law.

    • There is a risk of serious harm to the Client or another person.

    • The Client has provided explicit consent.

The Coach will take reasonable steps to protect personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

  • The Client acknowledges that coaching outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

The Coach makes no representations or warranties regarding specific results.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Coach shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses arising from participation in coaching services.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes liability where such exclusion would be unlawful.

  • The Coach reserves the right to refuse, decline, suspend, or terminate coaching services at any time where the Coach reasonably believes that coaching is not appropriate, safe, effective, or in the best interests of either party.

This may include, but is not limited to:

    • Situations where coaching is not the most suitable form of support.

    • Situations requiring medical, psychiatric, therapeutic, legal, financial, or other specialist intervention.

    • Conflicts of interest.

    • Inappropriate, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing behaviour.

    • Repeated failure to respect agreed boundaries.

    • Non-payment of fees.

    • Circumstances that may compromise the integrity of the coaching relationship.

Where appropriate, alternative sources of support may be suggested.
